Our services
Nexen Labz provides design, web development, and growth services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms.
Engagements & payment
We work on a consultation basis — every engagement is quoted upfront, with no off-the-shelf pricing. Payment terms, milestones, and invoicing are set out in your individual agreement.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced for your project transfers to you, as detailed in your contract. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on timely input. You agree to provide the content, access, and feedback needed to keep the work moving, and to ensure any materials you supply don't infringe third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Lahore.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
