Hire UI/UX & Product Designers
Product designers who own the flow end to end, not just the pretty screen.
A dedicated designer embedded in your product team — running discovery, shaping flows, and keeping the design system honest as the product grows. They ship developer-ready files with tokens and specs, so engineering is never guessing.

Your shortlist, in five working days
We don't publish a public bench for this role. Tell us the skills, the seniority and the budget you're working to, and we'll come back with CVs and work samples — drawn from our own in-house team first, then from our vetted hiring network in Lahore and Karachi.
Every candidate is matched against your brief, not pulled off a generic list. You interview whoever you want, and you can reject the whole shortlist.

How hiring works
- 1
Tell us the role
A 30-minute call on the skills, the seniority, the hours you need covered, and the budget you are working to.
- 2
Shortlist in 5 working days
CVs and work samples from our in-house team and our vetted Pakistan hiring network — filtered against your brief, not a generic bench dump.
- 3
You interview
Interview whoever you want, however you want — technical test, portfolio review, culture call. You choose, and you can reject the whole shortlist.
- 4
Trial period
Optional paid first week so both sides can be sure. If it is not working, you stop and we go back to the shortlist.
- 5
Onboard and track
They start on your tools and your board. You get attendance, daily standups and a monthly timesheet from the same system we run our own team on.
Questions about this role
Can they work from our existing design system?
Yes — adopting and extending an existing library is the more common case. If you do not have one, they can build it as they go rather than as a separate project.
Do they do research, or only visual design?
Both, but be explicit about the split when you brief us. A designer hired to run weekly usability sessions is a different shortlist to one hired to produce screens at pace.
Will we get the Figma source files?
The files live in your Figma organisation from day one, under your licence. Nothing is held in an account you cannot access.
Contracts, timezones, payment and notice periods are covered on the staff-augmentation overview.
