Roles you can hire today
Six disciplines, each with its own bench and its own rate card. Open a role to see the specific job titles, the stack, and what the hire actually owns day to day.
Why teams hire this way
The cost is the reason most companies start looking. It is rarely the reason they stay.
They work your hours, not ours
Working hours and timezone are set per person, so a hire can run on Gulf Standard Time or overlap the US East Coast morning. This is configured in our system, not promised on a call.
You see the same attendance data we do
Every hire clocks in, posts a daily standup and generates a monthly timesheet in our internal platform. You get that record — not a self-reported invoice at month end.
One flat rate, no employment overhead
No payroll, benefits, gratuity, equipment, office cost or recruitment fee. One invoice a month, cancellable on 30 days' notice.
An agency behind the individual
If your hire is sick, on leave, or leaves, there is a team and a hiring network behind them. That is the part a freelancer cannot offer.
English-fluent, Western-client experienced
Everyone we put forward has worked with US, UK, Gulf or EU clients before, and is interviewed in English by you before you commit.
Your contract, your IP
We will sign your MSA and NDA. IP assignment to your company is in place before the first commit.
Three ways to engage
Full-time dedicated
One person, working only on your product, on your hours. The default for anything ongoing.
Rates shown on each role page.
Part-time dedicated
Half a person, same commitment and same reporting. Right for a workstream that is real but not yet full-time.
Billed at 55% of the full-time rate.
Team / pod
Several roles under one lead who runs the standup and reports to you as a single point of contact.
Quoted per role, with the lead's time included.
From brief to first standup
- 1
Tell us the role
A 30-minute call on the skills, the seniority, the hours you need covered, and the budget you are working to.
- 2
Shortlist in 5 working days
CVs and work samples from our in-house team and our vetted Pakistan hiring network — filtered against your brief, not a generic bench dump.
- 3
You interview
Interview whoever you want, however you want — technical test, portfolio review, culture call. You choose, and you can reject the whole shortlist.
- 4
Trial period
Optional paid first week so both sides can be sure. If it is not working, you stop and we go back to the shortlist.
- 5
Onboard and track
They start on your tools and your board. You get attendance, daily standups and a monthly timesheet from the same system we run our own team on.

Common questions
How many people can you actually provide?
We staff from our own in-house team first, then from a vetted hiring network in Lahore and Karachi. For most roles we can put a qualified shortlist in front of you within five working days — we will tell you upfront if a role is one where we cannot.
What timezones can they cover?
Pakistan is UTC+5, so Gulf clients get an almost complete overlap and European clients get most of the working day. For US clients, hires typically work an afternoon-to-late-evening shift in Pakistan to cover your morning. Working hours are agreed before they start.
Is there a minimum commitment?
One month minimum, then rolling with 30 days' notice either way. There is no long lock-in.
How and when do we pay?
Monthly, in advance, by bank transfer or card. Rates are in USD and the invoice comes from Nexen Labz — you are not managing an individual contractor's payments, tax or compliance.
What happens when our hire takes leave?
Paid leave is part of their employment with us and is on the calendar in advance. For extended absence we arrange cover or credit the time — it is agreed in the contract, not improvised.
Can we hire them permanently later?
Yes. Many clients do. There is a buyout fee after the first six months, and it is written into the agreement from the start so it is never a surprise.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before we send you any CVs, and we will sign your paperwork rather than insisting on ours.
