Hire Web & Software Developers
Senior engineers who join your standups, your repo, and your sprint board.
Hire a developer who is yours full-time — in your Slack, on your board, committing to your repository — without carrying a headcount, a payroll, or a recruitment cycle. They work to your process, not ours, and you can scale them up or release them with 30 days' notice.

Your shortlist, in five working days
We don't publish a public bench for this role. Tell us the skills, the seniority and the budget you're working to, and we'll come back with CVs and work samples — drawn from our own in-house team first, then from our vetted hiring network in Lahore and Karachi.
Every candidate is matched against your brief, not pulled off a generic list. You interview whoever you want, and you can reject the whole shortlist.

The standard they work to
Projects delivered by the same team your hire comes from.
How hiring works
- 1
Tell us the role
A 30-minute call on the skills, the seniority, the hours you need covered, and the budget you are working to.
- 2
Shortlist in 5 working days
CVs and work samples from our in-house team and our vetted Pakistan hiring network — filtered against your brief, not a generic bench dump.
- 3
You interview
Interview whoever you want, however you want — technical test, portfolio review, culture call. You choose, and you can reject the whole shortlist.
- 4
Trial period
Optional paid first week so both sides can be sure. If it is not working, you stop and we go back to the shortlist.
- 5
Onboard and track
They start on your tools and your board. You get attendance, daily standups and a monthly timesheet from the same system we run our own team on.
Questions about this role
Do they work in our repository and our tools?
Yes. The developer works inside your GitHub or GitLab, your Jira or Linear, and your Slack. We do not put a layer in between — you brief them directly, exactly as you would an in-house hire.
Who owns the code they write?
You do, outright. IP assignment to your company is written into the contract before day one, and we can sign your NDA and MSA instead of ours.
What if the developer is not the right fit?
Tell us inside the first 30 days and we replace them at no charge, and you are not billed for the ramp-up time of the replacement.
Contracts, timezones, payment and notice periods are covered on the staff-augmentation overview.
