We're hiring a senior sales / business-development lead to own our pipeline end to end — from generating qualified leads to closing $10,000–$15,000 USD per month in new business for Nexen Labz.

What you'll do
- Generate and qualify leads across channels and markets
- Build and own the sales pipeline end to end
- Pitch our design, development, and growth services
- Close $10k–$15k USD/month in new business
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasts, and reporting
What we're looking for
- Proven B2B / agency sales and business-development track record
- Strong lead-generation and closing skills
- Excellent spoken & written English for Western clients
- Comfortable owning targets and a pipeline independently
